| A1 : | You can use our online shopping cart to submit your order, the ordering procedure is as follows:
- Browse our online product catalogue
- Add your desired items to the shopping cart (You can view the order details each time you add item to the shopping cart and you can change the product quantity in the shopping cart if required)
- Proceed to checkout when all desired items are added to the shopping cart
- Enter the billing and delivery information (Aria members can just sign on to your account, our system will fill-in the information for you)
- Confirm and submit the order
After recieving your order, our staff will contact you within the next business day to confirm the order with you. |

| A2 : | If you are a member of Aria, you may sign in to your member account, and then select "My Account" -> "Order History" to check the order status. |

| A1 : | At this time we only accept the following payment methods:
Bank transfers
Deposit the order balance amount directly to the follow bank accounts:
Bank Cheque/ Personal Cheque
Mail a cheque made payable to "Aria Furniture Co. Ltd" to the following address, write down the order reference number, contact person and contact number on the back side of the cheque:

C.O.D.
Cash on Delivery is available only for orders less than HK$2,000. For orders above HK$2,000, a deposit of 50% of the order has to be made via any of the above payment methods, and the balance can then be paid by cash on delivery.
* C.O.D. is not applicable to delivery by mail
P.S. You are also welcome to visit our office to settle the payment via cash/ cheque during our office hours.

Each product in our website has its estimated delivery time. Depending on the stock availability and product type, the delivery time may be vary. In general, in stock products can be delivered within one week, while for out of stock products, the delivery time will be subject to production and shipping time.

| A1 : | "A-Points Bonus Scheme" is a loyalty reward scheme provided to members of Aria. Members can accumulate "A-Points" in each order and to redeem as cash on your next purchase. You can click here to learn more about A-Points.

To redeem A-Points, you have to sign in to your member account and purchase through our website. Before confirming the order, the system will display your accumulated A-Points, and you would have a choice of whether or not to redeem A-Points in the current order. If you choose 'Yes', the system would deduct the number of your accumulated A-Points from the payment amount. If the number of your accumulated A-Points is more than the payment amount, the remaining A-Points would be reserved for next purchase. You can click here to learn more about A-Points.
P.S. Delivery charges cannot be redeemed with A-Points.
